Ready to bake in 40 minutes. Not suitable for microwave cooking. When using the paper baking tray, do not exceed 220°C for 60 min in conventional oven.

Country style filo pastry 55% (wheat flour, water, cornstrach, refined sunflower seed oil, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate). Filling 37% (mizithra cheese 18%, feta cheese 5%, semolina, salt, pepper), vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, palm kernel, palm oil, flavouring, colouring: β-carotene).

Preheat oven to 170°C / Remove the cover and place the pie with paper baking tray straight from the freezer to oven / Bake at 170°C for about 40 minutes until turned golden brown.

Once defrosted keep in the fridge (0-4 °C) up to 24 hours. ATTENTION! Do not refreeze after thawing.
